Mybag sold second hand bag! I received a bag with scratches, stain together with a key right inside the bag..more importantly NO brand tag. How can it be a brand new bag that I paid for?
They promised for a full refund but changed their mind 5 days later and insisted me to return the bag for checking. How can I trust them AGAIN to pay AGAIN to return the bag. I seriously think I would have nothing at the end if I follow what they said.
Customer service not replying in 48 hours as promised. After a month I raised this problem, it is still not yet settled. The staff never takes it seriously.
