I placed my order two weeks ago, I have sent a email asking for a update on my order to be advised by a lady called jenny they can’t update me as they do not know when my order will be dispatched! And have asked would I like my order to be cancelled, I have advised no I’m happy to wait as long as they can assure me my order will arrive this week, i then got a reply saying sorry we can’t give you any detailsAs we do not know when the order will be processed, again do you want us to cancel and refund your order! Worst customer service ever! Will never order from this company again. They should not be taking orders during this time if they can not process the orders.
