On behalf of my wife I sent three separate emails on 4 Sept 2017, 3 Oct 2017 and 22 Oct 2017, complaining about a damaged item received and asking for a replacement. I attached photos of the damaged item I have yet to receive a reply to any of the emails. Absolutely dreadful customer service!
