I have used EVRI for some time and found it to be a simple and effective parcel service, easy to use.
However, this recent, and I suggest unnecessary, change I found difficult to navigate and confusing. As it was my last parcels address to a friend ended up with my name and home town in it as well.
Also I was confused about whether the parcel was being collected or I was to take it to my local shop. I ended up taking it to my local shop and it was delivered today.
I wonder if other uses have found this new layout different or I am a bit of a dunce!
