Ordered a dehumidifier that was shipped with dpd, only gave 4 stars as it wasn't delivered when they said between 11.04 & 12.04 on a Tuesday. I got a message saying sorry we missed you, although no delivery van cam to my house. It arrived at 7.30 am the following day. I have found dpd to be a bit iffy in the past. I was talking to my postman about it and he said drivers who have too many parcels to deliver often just scan a quantity as not home so they are not late back to the depot. Food for thought? On the other hand product is brilliant and working well.
