When you order a set you expect a set toilet I'm referring to, when you turn up to do the job on site with no reference to a bit missing it makes you look a twat plus the missing bit cost more than the actual pan so you chase it down to be told it's special order 2/3 weeks no meation of that anywhere so it's me chasing around for the missing part to finish the job, and at who's expense well it wasn't the customer so thanks Plumbnation
