I didn't fully read the reviews. So when I found out that they shafted a lot of people I cancelled my reservation(THAT DIDN'T EVEN EXIST)
Timeline went a little like this:
2/6/21- made the reservation
2/7/21- cancelled the reservation
2/11/21- received my refund
Yes, they gave me my money back. After I told them I knew they were fraudulent annd me telling them I would email them EVERY DAY, one word per email until they did. They processed it REALLY FAST.
