it was a very bad, stressful & frustrating experience. It was my first time to deal with paid bookings that had to be cancelled. We travel almost every month and stay in a hotel with no issues. Your company stated the hotel can't accommodate the 9 rooms due to pricing, but that's your issue w/them shouldn't be ours because that's your contract rate which you advertised online, which means your company is doing a false advertising. What do you gain from false advertising. You sent me an email confirmation on 5 rooms yet it they were still cancelled. From the start your company has not fulfilled your customer's commitment. It's a very bad business practice. I could have made a complaint against your company but it's not worth of my time because everything you have done to my reservations were false. You have provided such a bad customer service and experience. You should need to review your policies & procedures again and your contract pricing with vendors so that you don't put customers hanging or in bad/stressful situation. I was told even on my call to your customer service not to worry as we do have guaranteed reservation and will have rooms to stay. What a joke!!!! Your company have waisted my time.
