The company uses words that are misleading and deceptive!!
I booked a room through this company and it’s say price with taxes and fees. But to my surprise when I stayed at the hotel it had extra resort fees that was not included are mentioned in my booking. Extra $52.
The booking company list their prices up front to appear cheaper. So I sent them a screenshot of the booking and this was Prestigia response.

My response
“Unfortunately, the word “with” is being misused and implies that it is included. Synonyms for “with” are “included”. A more accurate word would be - “plus” if it were in addition to.
Your verbiage is intentionally misleading. I went with your website based on the price listed and I’m sure it is labeled this way to appear cheaper, which they are actually not. The resort fee in this case is $52, more than half your rate. All of your competitors list this information plainly and obviously in their bookings to avoid surprises.”
Well, they still won’t refund me!!
