It is set up for the Verizon network. We only have AT&T available in this area. When I called QVC, the woman had no idea what I was talking about.
I feel that if you have people answering the phones, they should have a working knowledge of the products.
The first 6 numbers of the Sim number explain which network the phone is set up for.
