Ordered a Dyson supersonice but had to return because it blew my hair around, the heat was too hot & the attachments got hot. Didnt read the return instructions fully I should have returned it signed for via post office with insurance because it cost over £200 but I used Evri via QVC & it took ages to return but was within the 30 days. I nearly didnt get a refund because I had not returned it according to QVC instructions. Please photograph how this is packed because once you take it out it is almost impossible to repack. Will stick to Amazon in the future. A very stressful couple of weeks if I could give zero stars I would do. Customer care were very kind but the Finance department were not.
