I just discovered QVC last July. I love the things I bought, and I've bought some more since then. However, as I've been watching and buying, I have seen the mind games that are played on those who keep you in business, and I'm appalled!!. For one, both choices, Spruce and White, have been sold out in these hurricanes for DAYS! I really wanted the Spruce, so as it was still listed, I kept trying for a set....but your famous "You just missed it" keeps coming up making you feel even worse, HOWEVER, we just missed it, what?.....Oh yeah, 3 to 6 days ago! They keep them up torturing the buyers who live, sleep, and dream this stuff. Also, they'll keep them up hoping the buyers will want a set so desperately that they'll buy whatever's left. Please start being honest and keep on top of your inventory!
