After paying £25 per month includes breakdown services also car hire . Called them at 11 o clock told them about the problem . They informed that to wait 2 h . I sad ok no problem. Waited 2h then goes no we cant make it yet . Need to wait 1.5 h again . Told them got a hire car but apparently they can authorised it . Then what's the point of that cover when they cant cover when we need it . Spoken to a customer service agen asked him if you are charging for a service and cant provide it then why should I keep paying for it . He goes I will canales the job and ask a manager to call back . Waiting in this cold weather . I think it a shitty service. It's just the additional way to get money from the customers . paying for service but not getting it when we need it
