Refunds: Awful service - I have now been waiting 30 days for a refund, and I am told a different excuse everytime. The latest is that their process means that when you send them an email (and don't worry I have called countless times too) it takes FIVE days for them to acknowledge the email, and a further THIRTY days to reply to email. Yes, you heard it - THIRTY FIVE days to reply to am email. Then FOURTEEN days to receive the refund. That's FORTY NINE days (which I'm also not holding out any hope on). Staggeringly awful infrastructure, terrible processes, and customer service agents who make up to policy 'on the spot' (this was the latest set of proccesses I was told, I have been told two others beforehand noteably that my refend would take up to 14 days initially)
