My husband called the RAC at 4:30pm and was advised he would have a wait of 90 minutes, this was not so! After several phone calls from him not them........6 hours later! He decided to walk home when a third party company called wanting to come tow him home! He advised of the situation and they agreed was ridiculous and would inform the RAC for us. A) They are meant to fix your car not send a third party tow company! B) They never actually called my husband in that 6 hours, he had to chase them!
Appalling service, will never use them again!
