I placed an order on 20/12/23, on the website it says any order placed before 21/12/23 will arrive on time for Christmas. I trusted this would happen. I kept checking the tracking and it said it had still not dispatched. Annoyingly I didn't have a gift for my brother for Christmas. I cancelled the order as I did not want to deal with the company again. I tried to contact Rapanui via Instagram on the 22/12, no reply even though the automated messages said the factory and office would be shut from 23/12/23. I tried to call and email them and no reply. Wouldn't bother with this company if you want good customer service and your order to arrive by the time stated on their website. Spoke to my partner about this and he said he previously purchased a t shirt from Rapanui and he found the quality to be quite bad. 27/12/23 - received an email today from customer service just to confirm that my order has been cancelled, no apology. Save your money and buy from another ethical company.
