My renault master van 7 mounts warranty left DPf valve blocked up once again and loads of lights on my dash took it in to get fixed and dealership said it was down to the way I drive it should be driven at least once a week on motorway as I explained it’s on the motorway everyday would not honour the warranty wanted £800 to clean dpf valve told me it needs brake discs and back brake pads £1200 do not bye Renault will not honour the warranty and waste of time to ring complaints department never get back to you doncaster garage when they took my van in it came out with brake lights not working but whent in working so yes warranty means nothing mr flannigan is my name don’t bye don’t definitely bye Renault worst experience I have ever Had my phone number 07309499949.
