Very disappointing and misleading tactics from the mechanic shop. I came in for a regular service. During the onboarding, they sold me a maintenance package knowing the car was bought in France (from them) with French plates and registration; but made in Spain. They insisted I took the plan to take advantage of extra checks and proactive part replacements that were included in the maintenance plan. After the maintenance was done and parts replaced, they said the car was not eligible for the maintenance plan as it was a foreign vehicle and had to pay for everything without any discounts (over 1000EUR). After several disputes I agreed to pay and move on. However, this not a trusted team of Renault representatives.
