Sold a Samsung TV with a 5-Year warranty.
2.5yrs in and it stopped working.
Called in - essentially told to get lost.
Wont even send me an invoice / Proof of purchase so I can try and deal with Samsung.
Wont even reply to my emails - and I called to confirm they were receiving them!
Disgusting customer service. - Stay well clear!
