I ordered a hoover for my business, 1 month now and still not receive it so I been without a hoover for a retail business! I called twice asking what’s happening. 1st they said, it’s was stuck in a hub and not been sent out yet, said should get it by the end of the week (I called beginning of the week). Still didn’t come, called again the week after. Another customer service agent said the delivery’s man came 3 times but no one was in. Which was a lied, no one came and they’re always someone at the business premises. Terrible business, lied and tried to make out it’s my fault for not being in. Asked for a refund, will not be buying anything from them again.
Reading from here, lots of people are having problem with Ryman, you need to sort out your business!!
