I bought a Cricut Maker 3 from them (£409). 3 weeks later they still haven't processed the order. I asked for an update on where it was and they said they were going to ask the supplier, but they won't get an answer for 3 days.
Thinking I was doing well, buying a birthday present early, resulted in having to go elsewhere buying it again (essentially paying twice!!)
The only good thing they did was say they were refunding my money straight away....... that said, its not come through yet.
Definitely not worth the trouble
