I ordered from Ryman on January 11, expecting delivery on January 15. Instead, the parcel was delayed by two weeks without any notice and was finally delivered to the wrong address on January 30. No one informed me of the delay or the delivery. I had to chase them down myself, only to find out that my package was left at a random location. Now, despite never receiving the goods, I am being told I still have to pay for them.
This is illegal Under Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act, the seller is responsible for the item until it is in my possession, which never happened!!! They provided proof of delivery for an address that is not mine, yet refuse to correct their mistake. Their complete disregard for consumer protection laws and basic responsibility is shocking. Avoid Ryman at all costs.
