Given a delivery date in their purchase confirmation email, confirmed via a telephone call to their customer services. Didn't arrive on the stated delivery date and no follow up from Ryman. Had to chase them up and pursue 3rd party shipper to locate goods. Finally arrived 9 DAYS LATE.
Don't trust their delivery dates. Wouldn't touch their online sales system again, not even with a barge pole.
They were very good at offering corporate excuses and saying it wasn't their fault!
