Terrible customer service!
Ordered a number of items on Saturday 14th September. Arrival date scheduled for Tuesday 17th. By 8pm, no delivery. Tracked order with FedEx and said there was a problem and to call them. Office was closed so called following morning. Said package was damaged so they would get supervisor Caroline Colclough to call me back within 2 hrs. 3 hrs later still waiting. Called back was told I had to call Rymans to sort it out. Called Rymans at around 12:30pm on Wednesday 18th September. Spoke to Vicky who reassured me my order would DEFINITELY be received the following day. She would personally call Admin and make sure it went out as I was in time for next day delivery. She told me to look out for an email which should come through later that day. I felt reassured. But then, no email. So I now call back today and speak to James, to be told it will only be sent out today. ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGY, NO COMPENSATION! It sounded like I had woken him up and he was irritated with me for doing so. So I requested for my order to be cancelled and he says he has to check first if the order has gone out before he can cancel it. So I ask what happens if it has already left. So he says it won't have left but he needs to check. So I ask why he needs to check if he knows the order has not yet gone out. He explains that's their procedure! Then he tells me the money will take up to 5 days to get back into my account! FUMING! these items are for my daughters school. She is only in year 1 so Rymans, you are missing out on ALL the rest of her educstional supplies! AND I am an Educational Consultant, just opened my own business and will be buying everything from anywhere else!! Your loss!
