2 stars is generous. Ordered 7 really useful boxes from ryman. They took 10 days to arrive in store, there was an urgency to these so I had already went out and bought replacements elsewhere so asked for a refund. This took another 10 days to process and a further 5 days to clear. Emails are not responded to for days on end. I only got a reply after threatening them with "yet another" awful review. Sort it out ryman. It's not hard to jyst be decent and realise folks are ordering stuff because they need it. If you can't give them it don't hold onto their money and ignore their correspondence.
