My online shopping experience with Ryman echoes everyone else's by the sound of it. Ordered a fairly expensive item for a birthday gift which arrived damaged and looking suspiciously second hand. Many hours since wasted on their truly awful online chat with a very unhelpful agent called Sarah and the damaged item was collected (though not on the day Ryman advised), and nothing since. They don't answer their phones.
They don't respond to emails. If you want to complain you have to address it to the email address that doesn't respond to emails in the first place. If you do manage to get through on the online chat after entering the same details multiple times, all you get is the repeated excuse of they can't give a refund as they are waiting on their supplier and to wait to hear from them in an email that never comes. Now £200 and many hours down and seeking legal recourse. Despicable company and service. AVOID.
