Customer service poor. When the item didn't arrive on schedule, they'd taken payment yet Royal Mail Track and Trace was still saying it was waiting to receive it I emailed CS. They replied, apologised and said they would contact the supplier and come back to me. Since then, silence. I sent another 4 emails following up. The 'we're here for you' link in their email boilerplate is broken. Webchat just loops back to my order. Messenger link wants you to download an app and I really don't want to waste data and sharey personal info with another company just to be able to query and order. Item eventually did arrive but quality not great. Only not returning it as can't face even more hassle from them.
