Ordered a cushion, arrived with large hole on the front, when taken out of packaging stinking of weed, think driver must have been smoking in delivery van although my cat seemed to love it!!! Contacted Secret Sales as no advice note or return label included. Informed that they would contact seller for returns label, advised I was self isolating and would need courier to pick up item, was told that was up to seller to organise with myself, Turns out you buy from Secret Sales but when things go wrong it’s not their responsibility. Will not be ordering from them again and would not recommend. Still waiting for reply from seller. Only gave 1 star to post review or it would be zero
