I bought Dune shoes trough Secret Sales and at the end they both was faulty . Before I send them back I started reading all those negative reviews , at the end I thought I will definitely never get refund . I texted to Secret Sales Customer Service and I was surprised because they was very polite and helpful . They gave to me advise how to return item and step buy step followed to all return process. I returned my parcel for free with prepaid label. A special Thank You to Austin (customer service advocate) and I very appreciate your help with my return . My experience with Secret Sales was positive and I definitely will buy again from this company. My Dune shoes for sure was 100% authentic because they advised return them to Dune shop but because of lockdown shops is closed and I returned shoes by post. So I definitely know that items from Secret Sales is Authentic . I am very satisfied with SS customer services.
