Placed an order online for my sons school shoes. Advised delivery 3-5 days but had not arrived over a week later. When I contacted customer services they advised that there had been an error, they could not fulfill my order and I would have to wait another 5 days for a refund.
AVOID THIS COMPANY - I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON TO REPORT THIS ON REVIEWS.
