Ordered a scarf as this was the first time I’d used this site, so didn’t want to spend too much.
Told this would be delivered by 13th - 15th September; when it didn’t arrive contacted customer services who said parcel was with courier - 8 days later still no parcel, no reply from a follow up email to Secret Sales 🤔🤔🤬🤬
