Why is it so impossible to return something bought from Secret Sales when every other site has transparent contact details? I bought a bracelet which broke first time worn - sent to returns address twice with a covering letter to returns address ( on label provided) and it was returned unopened both times ‘ gone away’ . Customer service does not reply to emails or phone calls. Now they are offering 30 % off for this weekend as I have not visited the site in a while. They must be joking! So what do I do now other than having to leave this review? Do not buy from this site!
