I would like to warn the future customer that buy from this dreadful company not to. I would like to explain why. I have been a good customer over the last year. There was never a problem returning items. Something has changed! I am disabled with MS and I can only manage certain tasks. Sadly, the last two orders required my asking for help to return defective items. All that I can say is this, I am being asked to send photographs. I have gone to great length in numerous emails to explain that I cannot do this. My disability would get in the way as I drop things all the time and secondly I do not have a camera on my phone. Despite pleading with their Customer Services team for help I am being bullied and put through a great level of stress. My MS is through the roof with their games. It simply is not worth it. I strongly advise any disabled person not to put yourself through this stressful situation. Don't place any orders with them as you will not receive any assistance whatsoever in returning defective items. I have all the emails I require and intend to ensure that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I am putting this whole matter in the hands of Trading Standards to take matters on from here. I am being denied my Customer Rights and being bullied by their Customer Services Team. This is frightening and shocking!
