The delivery company they are using (Hermes) provide terrible customer service. Have ordered my package form secret sales for Christmas, it was me at to be delivered on 12th or December and now, two weeks later still don’t have my package... Secret Sales don’t seem very concerned and every time I call giving me the same I should I say, no update. If you really want to provide a great customer service, you need to hold your suppliers accountable and resolve issues like this in a timely manner. This has caused me a lot of aggression and being a customer for over 5 years now, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again and won’t be recommending.
