Don't order from Secret Sales. I spent £350 on a bag, returned it and over 3 weeks later have not received a refund. The bag return was not tracked by Hermes, however, the secret sales tracker that was in the return email shows that they received the bag back to the warehouse 3 weeks ago. Awful service, I will never order from them again.
