I ordered 2 bages in a recent 50% reduction. My order went through fine, I got acknowledgement, I was told approximate delivery dates, my money was debited etc. A couple of days later I checed the order status online and for some reason could no longer find the order listed. I contacted customer services who confirmed "....it appears that there has been an internal error and the funds were taken from your PayPal account, but the order didn't reach our system. I am going to manually push through your order for you, and this can take up to 24 hours." 24 hours later instead I received a full refund and was told "....we were unable to push this through for you". I checked the Secret Sales website and saw that at least one of the bags I ordered was still available, so asked if they could just not fulfil a partial order and send me the bag - which I should have got for a fantastic 50% off. Unfortunately, Secret Sales refused to do so "....while I certainly appreciate your frustration, regrettably, we're no longer able to honour this discount for you.". I was further told to keep an eye on future promotions to see if I was lucky enough to be able to order it again ! What shoddy service. I can understand that errors happen, but I'm not satisfied that the company refused to patially rectify a problem created by them by simply sending me the bag that is still in stock!
