I bought several items but had to return 2. Initially I couldn’t gain access to my account so contacted secret sales to help. They have me a link to creat a return. The items returned were received on 7th July but I still have not been refunded. I have sent many emails and have been completely ignored. I have tried calling but it appears their phones are off. They are the worst for customer service and I am out of pocket despite complying with returns terms and conditions. They also have never sorted out the access to my account. I have only ordered from them once before and on that occasion had to chase them as the order took 5 weeks to arrive. Awful customer service and not at all worried about customers losing money!
