In a time when it seems difficult to find any company which is interested in customer service, it was delightful to receive the amazing service that I did from Selectspecs. My order was fulfilled promptly and the specs were very good. However, through no fault of Selectspecs, the name on the package was incorrect. I was amazed at how helpful Selectspecs were. I dealt with the same guy all through the situation. He phoned me back when he said he would. He was polite, friendly and did his very best to solve the situation. I will be dealing with selectspecs again as soon as I need new glasses.
