Really awful experience. DO NOT BUY. Had a great experience on the website ordering, however I ordered my glasses almost a month ago and still in preparation phase. Accepted this as Covid related, and Select Specs offered a free pair of their economy glasses in meantime, sort of. They offered and asked me to send my preference for which frame I preferred which I promptly did. Zero reply, and despite a number of attempts to chase both my original glasses order and subsequent mid-term replacement I've had no reply. Zero communication from them. Incredibly dissatisfied customer.
