Worst customer service ever they haven’t got a clue what they are doing. They sell items they do not have in stock. When you speak to a member of their customer service team they state that they can not promise if the item will be sent out or a time scale to when it will be. It’s a joke they are happy to take your money and send a confirmation email saying when your purchase will be delivered but when it’s delayed they have no clue on a new delivery date it makes no sense. How are they not having any communication with their warehouse to find this information out these people are so incompetent to find a solution. Every person in their team has said a different excuse, they basically lie to get you off the phone. My understanding of a customer assitant is to give information and help solve customer problems, yeah fat chance of that with this company. I’m seeing bad reviews for this company everywhere on reviews sites on all of their social media.
