Ordered socks and a pair of trainers. As soon as I placed the order, it’s says in the description it’s only 3 individual socks not 3 pairs. Emailed customer service to cancel the socks order. They emailed me back assuring that I will get 3 pairs not 3 individual socks. After 9 days of purchase, I have received 3 individual socks and my trainers and other items were out of stock!!!! Called customer service, they said they are sorry and asked me send the 3 individual socks back and they will refund me. And will they apply 10% on future purchase!!! Are you being serious!!!! I will never ever shop with you again. Such a poor customer service. Avoid.
