Order placed, £130 withdrawn from my account then 5 days later get an email saying your order has been cancelled and I have to wait 48hours for the funds to return to my account. How can they accept orders, take people’s money, hold onto someone else’s money, and just send an email days later saying order cancelled? Used many shoe companies/ retails companies online and this is the first time this has ever happened. Shocking service and I would not recommend using them.
