Horrorful customer care!!! I ordered a pair of shoes. The parcel is lost! I wrote several E-Mail but no answer for 2 weeks. The driver of DPD has signed for the delivery with my name, but no parcel was delivered. DPD excuses for that and told me that size? has to contact DPD for compensation. I have opened a Paypal case because of no reaction on my E-Mails to customer care. Paypal closes the case because size? could present a delivery proof. I wrote size? several times that the signature is not my signature and I haven't received the parcel. The only little thing that size? has to do is contacting DPD for compensation, but the only answer I get is that I have to contact PayPal and they can't do something else for me. For me a loss of 100,- GBP, a lot of money for a student!
