Appalling. I have no shoes three weeks after ordering, and have been told a week after requesting a refund (after two calls affirming that my order was on it's way) that I am to wait a further week for the refund to be processed, then another three days for it to arrive in my bank. A joke, really. A month later no shoes, no refund, fifty quid down, no compensation. Customer service friendly and helpful but problem not resolved sadly.
