Same problem as most people as far as I can see... Ordered 3 things, paid for them, didn't hear anything for 2 weeks so I called the company. First talked to Izabella who was lovely but did promise she'd sort everything out, she said there had been a mistake in the warehouse. Got an email a week after that saying my order was cancelled. They texted every day saying they were working hard on my order, f***ing annoying really, I have about 20 texts but they still cancelled. I talked to customer service but they were happy with giving me a refund, safe to say I wasn't. F**k this company!
