The "5 day turnaround" took 2 weeks. When I enquired as to goods whereabouts I was informed that they had been delivered and signed for by someone called "Ray" ( there are no Rays here). The parcel number bore no resemblance to the actual number that was on the parcel that arrived via DPD the following day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
