Not allowed to travel outside of our council area nor could the hotel provide us with the goods purchased due to current restrictions. Despite numerous emails and phone calls this company has still not refunded my £500. Shocking customer service and I have now been left with no other option that to persue this through the CMA and citizens advice. Getting passed from pillar to post which is extremely frustrating during what is already a stressful time. Shame on you spa breaks. It appears on reading many different review pages you do not value your customers. Also to note, the customer service team constantly fob you off with " I'll get someone to call you back from refunds department" despite many calls, I've yet to receive a return phone call. This needs addressed as a matter of urgency, spabreaks.com. You are illegally holding the consumers money. Have some respect and make those refunds to customers that have paid out their hard earned money.
