Do not use this company under any circumstances.
I have been unable to use my spa voucher which cost over £150 due to COVID, lockdown and family health issues.
Spabreaks has refused to extend the voucher or refund it to me. Citing the terms and conditions I signed up to when I purchased the voucher only allowed a 14 day cooling off period (pre covid). No care or compassion for customers. Disgusting. Do not use.
