Booked for a special occasion and due to the Covid 19 pandemic the spa was closed. Spabreaks will not give a refund. They will allow me to book again within 12 months. The point of the booking was the special occasion, another booking is no good to me. The hotel are happy to refund anyone who has paid directly but Spabreaks are not. We haven't received a phone call or any communication from them either, we have had to contact them.
