The worst company I've ever dealt with, had a booking scheduled for the start of the lockdown which was cancelled and i requested a full refund.
Was then called by Fiona Rew in the aftersales team who told me a refund was not an option and they could only hold the funds in credit.
I realised I was entitled to a full refund and then contacted them and was completely ignored. Sent multiple messages saying I would have to start a chargeback and still ignored. After my chargeback case has started they are lying to my bank saying I did not respond to their email about my funds being held in credit when clearly they had called me 10mins before the email to tell me that was my only option.
